About Katie

Katie WhittemoreKatie has been a certified personal trainer in Austin, TX since 2010. She specializes in women’s fitness and weight loss. Katie is a natural at helping motivate people and making them feel comfortable. She believes you have to change mentally, to see results physically.

She herself has accomplished personal weight loss goals before and after her first pregnancy in March 2016. Because she has personal experience, she knows all the ins and outs of weight loss. She knows what it’s like. She’s been there. She has the same excuses as you do.

Katie believes people’s lives cross for a reason. There’s a reason you’re taking the time to read this right now. Stop with the excuses.
